This girl didnt have enough money to pay her bill…..so the nail salon security guard took her phone and according to her, pulled out his gun…..Everybody walked away- but correct me if im wrong, but armed carry have to abide by certain laws and regulations when carrying a firearm…..he has to have a threat to his or someone else’s life when pulling out his gun correct? It can’t be casually used as an intimidation tool…..
And her, it’s just like if you walked into a store and stole something trying to walk out- you’d get arrested right? Maybe because all parties were wrong, that’s why everyone got to walk away….anyway- these cops Ive seen many times before- and this time they all smiled…..good…..I’m glad I’m doing something right….Please thumbs up, share and subscribe

A lot of criminal types follow Laura, I see. They believe the criminal over someone who is paid to protect that establishment.
Did they let her go? That security guard was arresting her for criminal fraud. The problem with security guards is that they are hated equally by the cops and the criminals.
This is nothing new. I work at a place where there are bars and restaurants around a block we work inside them as well. After a concert they get busy..It is stealing services if you do not have enough money to pay for something………. I will pull my gun if I have too have not had to yet, but If I have to I will
Lady should have backed up 6 inches from his door so he couldn't get in
Get a job.
brandishing a weapon is displaying a weapon in a rude or threatening manner. has a manditory minimum sentence of 90 days in jail per count.
Armed nail salon security guard. Glad I don't live in that neighborhood.
Mentally Challenged Security at it's finest.
Now you see why security has a bad name for itself.
Only in America will someone go and get their nails done with no money in their pockets.
The girl is liable for a tort.
If the guy pulled a gun that would be an assault.
That girl should be in jail for theft / stealing….but the guard pulled his gun🤔. 2 W☹ï¸NGS don't make it white! The guard would have been found guilty and lost everything. If you need an armed guard they better have the police on speed dial and figure out how to lock the thieves inside until the police arrive.
id love to live in a country where a nail bar has to have an armed guard your country is looking like SA in the 70 s
get a job
armed robbery
"Pulling" a gun is pretty generic and the laws very from state to state. You also need to know that security guards operate under the same laws as the rest of us, so if I can pull my gun, he can and vice versa. Unholstering your weapon is usually not seen as an aggressive act, and as such, is not a crime. Unholstering while shouting that you are going to kill someone would be aggressive and as such, a crime. Pointing a gun at someone is always considered aggressive unless its in self defense. Pulling a gun and having it at low ready could be considered aggressive but again, it depends on the circumstances.
The best rule to follow is to never pull your gun unless you plan to use it. Without seeing exactly how the situation went down, what was said and how the guard handled his weapon, you can't really say whether he was right or wrong.
the PO-leeces use their guns for intimidation all the time. Arrest them.
You are allowed to recored an officer there is no law that says you can't. Good job for standing up for your rights!
If you have to have a threat to pull a gun on someone, then they would be locking the cops up in droves…You can just say I FEARED FOR MY LIFE!!!!
Well according to the coward ass psychopaths with badges and their treasonous protectors infesting the courts…..
You can demand someone not paying a bill they owe, provide their name and information so you can sue them for that debt…
Otherwise require they pay or show you their money beforehand to avoid the problem in the future.
Armed robbery of her phone however IS a felony.
Then again the cops do armed robbery and extortion for a living.
Who can't afford $25 of nail work? If she couldn't afford it buy some nail polish and do it at home. Man the ignorance of that women. I don't say what the security did was correct. But i understand their anger.
If a nail salon needs an armed security guard, I know what kind of shit clientele they must have. What kind of asshole gets their nails done and then discover they have no money?
Also if the guard feels threatened and fear of his life and out numbered he can draw his sidearm in self defense.
Carrying an expose firearm is for defensive use not offensive use there has to be an imminent threat to draw sidearm 👮ðŸ½
what did the cop say when you told them the car was blocked in?
Security officers are not allowed to confiscate private property and wtf does a nail salon need an armed guard for? This may also be unlawful detainment.
