25. This reaction from an innocuous phrase, "Be nice", identifies a sociopath who is acting as a thug. No suitable to be a public servant. I hope, but suspect I will be proven wrong, that the thug will lie and claim something else was said. Without audio it may come down to his word prevails. Unfortunate. But regardless, the conduct and the treatment of the victim are a disgrace.
