For not freedoming in the correct manner. Just remember how long the government agency holds on to the footage they've deemed is for your public safety. 350 days is f*cking despicable! If you havent already installed a dash camera in your daily travels. I'd suggest you do so asap there's some real nice ones for under the cost of a 10 mile over the posted speed limit citation. Rather have the footage and not need it than depend on any one of these agencies to release their footage un redacted in a timely manner.
