When I was 20, the k-9 unit officer Matt Schultz in Anthony Kansas planted weed on me in 2005, and asked me to turn informant several times. I kept on saying, "no I don't do that." Everytime he asked me he kept on getting angrier and angrier. I smoked weed at the time, so I couldn't fight back. I'm prescribed to THC now. I was actually looking for weed at the time when he planted on me. He thought he was goin' to get him a informant🤣😂(rueful laugh.)
That cop needs to be arrested for kidnapping, assault, gang violence, committing a crime while possessing a firearm. A badge does not afford a person the right to do what he did.
i have seen this before. The cop was a criminal then and still is. Im surprised that this guy does not go off and hurt this cop. Its ok for the police to harm the public but if the public harms the police its criminal. If they wish to do this SHIT to me, i will end up in jail but the cop will end up in hospital. How is it resisting arrest when he wasn’t informed he was being arrested. He was being detained obviously without cause. This family deserves to win a lot of money because of this bullshit

I wish police training would include an emphasis on the point that nowhere in the USA are you required to have a government issued ID unless you are driving a vehicle. I'm amazed that something so simple is completely misunderstood.

When it's an illegal arrest, we should have EVERY right to fight back! This stuff about "Relax, let them arrest you and fight it out in court" is bullshit. It costs money a LOT of people simply don't have to even get to the court part! And this "Resisting arrest" as a charge is ludicrous. That would be like one of these swine walking up to someone standing on the corner and out of the blue saying "You're resisting arrest." It's all about these pigs' fragile egos. I've said it many times, ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity!
