It's odd to me that many of theses comments are made through an us vs them lens I assumed we are all Americans ? hmm guess not so what are all the groups America is comprised of? If you have a good list in mind let me know drop your comment below.Â
All in all this video is interesting to me, Im at least curious what potential consequence there is to the removal of a flag from a pole on public property since I've never done it my self or heard of any one doing this. Might look in to it and learn more, additionally I wonder if there is any written or set protocol to remove items from public property. If any of you know anything about either of these issues let me know.
Also this seems relivent to the comments as well I have for years wondered about our flag. The many changes its gone through and how it's been seen by Americans, Native Americans and the World and I find it an interesting practice to try and look at the flag as if im looking at it for the first time but through another cultural lens. Its interesting the associations that get attached to the flag when you look at it with out the lens of patriotism that we ender to it like others to their flags as well.
