@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of a joint partnership between the New Mexico Department of Justice and the Bernalillo County Sherriff’s office busted 28-year-old Rafael Rosas of Albuquerque, for trying to meet up with what Rosas thought was a 15-year-old female.
According to a criminal complaint, Rosas started a conversation with what he thought was the 15-year-old female on October 5th, 2024. He started casually talking to the decoy and he kept making sure the decoy was not a police officer. He was told many times the decoy was 15 and is that a big problem. He was told numerous times about the under age predicament and Rosas kept pursuing a meet up anyways.
