  1. Scooter supposed to be on the road not on the sidewalk so you’re breaking the law as well and you should mind your own business

  2. How is it a violation of his rights to “request” ID? Person can always refuse. Voluntary compliance is not a violation.

  3. Watched 2 of your videos so far. You are awesome good sir, extremely knowledgeable an professional even under pressure while continuing to hold your ground. You do for others what most cannot because they are uneducated and/or brainwashed by our society today. I salute you sir. Keep up the good work

  4. AWESOME FOOTAGE……FIRST AND FORE MOST….KUDOS TO YOU FOR FILMING………J M A……….great learning tool STAY SMART AND SAFE…………. shout out from Santa Paula CA

  5. Welcome to Seminole county. I've got 2 of those scooters, an es2 and an es4. I even have a mini pro, which is just a mini segway. Back to topic, I've live in the area for 20 years and have never had negative interactions with any law enforcement. They've all been polite and professional. Compared to where I come from atleast. Then again I've only been stopped for traffic violations, I was raised in a way to not put myself in foolish situations in public or to force people to call the police on me.

  6. Thanks James! It can be difficult to find out what the ins/outs of "laws" are. We all know asking a cop is not very reliable. You'll either get Questioned and interrogated, or some BS Guess/Opinion. Not an fu to cops, most all are just going off what their higher-ups told them etc. Its not the best way to get proper info, ironically…
The stop-sign/tpass info for FL are nice tidbits of knowledge. Could potentially help someone who watches if they get stopped for "running a stop sign" in a parking lot, a 1st time ID to tpass attempt, even the scooter info etc from other videos.

  7. What you're saying makes sense. Importantly, I'm not a lawyer in Florida so I don't want to give legal advice but, in most states, there are statutes to deal with private parking lots and enforcement by cops when businesses agree to allow it. If not, nobody would ever get a ticket for doing donuts, or even a fender bender, if it happened on private property. My state is like that. I was just worry about your subscribers thinking that they didn't have to follow any rules in a private lot, since you never know where there is a cooperation agreement. It turns out that Florida is like my state too. You should check out 316.003 (53)(a) & (b). Although it's counterintuitive, private parking lots are considered streets or highways when there's an agreement with the land owner and law enforcement.

  8. Be careful with the "tidbit" of information about not stopping at a stop sign in a parking lot. Although it may not be enforceable as a traffic control device (Owing, as you correctly point out, to the fact that it is not set up by an agency of government, like the department of transportation), a police officer could stop somebody for careless driving if they barrel through one, particularly where there's oncoming traffic.

  9. James why you didn't tell the guy that got trespass that information so he could know next time, you guys have to EDUCATE the public too besides the public employees.
    Since you doing a service.

  10. It is not a civil rights violation for police to request identification, the subject does not have to identify themselves and if they give identification, it is consensual. If the police threatened arrest if the person didn’t identify, that is a violation but just asking for id is not.

  11. I have a hard time believing the road pirate stopped at the sign because he "was on camera" or that "it looks good". I'm more inclined to believe the isn't aware that he doesnt have to stop. Does this same logic apply to handicap parking spots, just curious. On the Audit the Auidt's channel, it was started that due to some agreement police can enforce traffic violations on private property. Please educate us on the reason you bring this up, thank you. Keep up the good work.

  12. “I have to know who I’m out with”
No, that’s not true. You would LIKE to know who you’re out with, but that person is under no obligation to comply with that request.

  13. You're my new best good auditor. Riding a flying carpet. Did I hear you say it'll do 26 mph? Wicked cool.

  14. I love it when you ask if they have their seatbelt on and if the license plate light works etc. You have a radio broadcast voice! Keep en coming! Great audits bro
