4. I'd love to have been an assistant to Manuel Mata in this situation, just a white guy walking down the sidewalk in transit from a point behind Mata to a point beyond the traffic stop. I could even have been running my cell phone camera from my shirt pocket, so as to stand as a comparison between how I was allowed to walk right by while Mata was arrested. I would totally do this!
