I personally called the DA office and was very polite while asking them when charges will be filed and when an arrest will be made on Officer Felipe Hernandez. They were nasty, rude, and dismissive.

This cop is so disrespectful and is unqualified to be a cop. He needs to be fired ,arrested, and put on trial!
Well, while this was going down, they arrested another police officer who gunned down a black man at a gas station in August of 2022.
“Brad Lunsford was taken into custody on Tuesday, Torrez said at a news conference in Las Cruces. Lunsford is accused of fatally shooting Presley C. Eze Jr., at a Las Cruces gas station on Aug. 2, 2022.†Eze was accused of stealing a beer from said gas station.
They also shot a guy back in June. But I can’t find the officers name. The whole damn department seems trigger happy.
And there seems to be someone going around that city shooting teenagers. Police have not found the suspects in the cases.
And on and on it goes.
He outright murdered her.
. They need a complete overhaul of the recruiting procedures because at the moment if yoh have psychopathic tendencies you have the qualities of a fine officer
maybe if charges are filed against the officer AND his boss/trainer, then maybe cops would reconsider how they train other cops, if they knew that they could be responsible for the actions of someone the trainer said, "yup, give this person a badge, handcuffs, and a gun. they've been properly trained." there's no way this thuggish attitude isn't known about at the police station, and they all said, "yup. keep this guy on the street."
He'll probably get promoted.

His life and others lives were not in danger… not to mention hes acting like a thug, his attitude is 0erfect for shooting citizens that arent posing a threat.
