Observation: Crossing the street when the "Don't walk" sign is solid at the beginning of the video. Don't want to give any ammo to the corrupt cops.
Again another cop parked in a spot they could of pulled up. Right off the bat you can see his read end is hanging in the crosswalk. Which I'm sure is not that busy that time of year. And as you walked around you could see he was halfway in a parking spot. Just a first comment before everything else.

Well, I think he did okay. He didn't approach you, didn't try to intimidate or show force. He didn't like being filmed, he's allowed to not like being filmed – even as a police officer. As long as he doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, he has the right to try to cover himself or what ever. And, as I said, since he didn't try to infringe on anyone's rights, I think he did okay.
