We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. Observation: Crossing the street when the "Don't walk" sign is solid at the beginning of the video. Don't want to give any ammo to the corrupt cops.

  2. Again another cop parked in a spot they could of pulled up. Right off the bat you can see his read end is hanging in the crosswalk. Which I'm sure is not that busy that time of year. And as you walked around you could see he was halfway in a parking spot. Just a first comment before everything else.

  3. those loopy things in the garden look like a good way to trip over and the pavers looked a bit trashed too near the street.

  4. Its so funny to see you give them a dose of their own medicine. I love watching you record these guys and hold them accountable. Great job Jason and Ben.

  5. I dont no if I have mentioned this to you before I have with other poeple why dont you put missing poeple on the end of your audits just like they use to put them on the side of the milk cartens or stolen bycicles or other property.mike paton Dundee Scotland.

  6. what did you mean speak to prosecutor? I though their job was to get the MAXIMUM penalty for your revinue generating crime

  7. I bet the people in the small town you live in just love you making them the content of your videos.

  8. That’s moronic to shield one’s own face from camera nowadays… therefore that cop’s a moron…

  9. Well, I think he did okay. He didn't approach you, didn't try to intimidate or show force. He didn't like being filmed, he's allowed to not like being filmed – even as a police officer. As long as he doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, he has the right to try to cover himself or what ever. And, as I said, since he didn't try to infringe on anyone's rights, I think he did okay.

  10. He was covering his vision for your protection. It works like horseblinders so he doesn't get spooked and shoot you. 😀
