COP LEAVES THE SCENE – Twice !! – East Hampton, NY – First Amendment Audit 35
This East Hampton Town Police officer would not give us his badge number and had no name tag on. 15 minutes or so before this encounter, we were at a gas station and the same cop said something to us which I could not hear and when I approached him to ask, he took off. Stay tuned and thanks for watching…

We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. As i stated in one of your other video's someone being put in an ambulance with no back round or story is not news worthy in my humble opinion. I don't like to defend police but maybe at the 7-11 the officer was telling you have a nice day you said you didn't hear him , he asked you to stand back and after the patient was secure in the ambulance he left ,So what did he do wrong was he supposed to stand around and mix words with you> seems your fishing , let the news worthy stories fall in your lap like I tell everyone who will listen don't look for trouble, trouble will find you, I think next year at this time you will look back and feel the same way, God Bless and be safe brother your OK in my book !!

  2. Not sure those medics should have gloves on and touch all kinds of things before the patient…maybe not an issue in this case, but imagine the contamination of an open wound.

  3. What a lot of these lazy thugs do is when they get a call they don't want to go to they go to another call they know which is easier where they won't have to do anything. They stand around, do nothing, leave and report back. Meanwhile someone whom actually needs help like a motorist with a flat tire in the middle of a busy road, sits there for over an hour in a life and death situation. These thugs could care less.

  4. Don't you have any respect. Get a life. That person in the house needs medical assistance. Give him or her there privacy. Stop harassing everyone . Your a fool.

  5. Are you still harping on the petty job you did on the bus driver that was parked charted extra-time one thing's for sure you still selling full of yourself

  6. So you follow a trouper to a call, just to film him to try and provoke him into something. What's the point I mean clearly the trouper knew who you were. After he saw the patient was taken care of and another officer was on scene he left so that you couldn't bully him into something.

  7. I mean the cop did what he had to do, and got on with his day. Just wanted you to stand clear for EMS to back in. You are okay my friend.

  8. Duh, …"Ive never seen the cops leave the scene before its wrapped up". Meanwhile, two police vehicles remain, on what is clearly a simple ambulance call, NOT a criminal matter. This guy is trying way to hard to make something out of nothing. He is quickly becoming the Dudley-do-right of his community. The nosy, obnoxious, righteous, intrusive neighbor. Clearly lacking an understanding of what 1st amendment auditing is all about. This video was even more pointless than his "I'm gonna annoy this bus driver" video. Give it up dude your an ass. Leave the auditing to the big boys like HDCW, NNC and NNP etc.

  9. We all are very happy to see some are making the people open their eyes to disrespect of the Constitution and rights.. However nothing ever happens to those that violate our rights. Educational YES paid support NO! Poking a sleeping bear, you decide?

  10. Thanks for editing out the patient! Not required but super kind.
I don't care what the nice police officers say about you. You're an OK guy.
