Tucson is ghetto ! All public spaces around town have signs that say NO standing or NO loitering which gives the police according to them the ability to stop and ask for ID .
My son wanted parts for his skateboard so I made him pick a box of lemons that he could sell …long story short he was arrested ( 10 years old ) for peddling without a license and I was arrested for facilitation , peddling without a license and contributing to the delinquency of a minor !!
All charges were dropped after a court battle .
