Cop Shoves paper in man’s face asking to see warrant! Body camera

1. I have zero sympathy for these idiots that resist arrest. This is not the time to plead your case. Peaceful let them cuff you then seek your redress in court.

5. The most egregious part of this video is the anonymity of law enforcement whonare public servants. Yet, the only member of the public has their face in plain site.

6. The phrase is “Tender the warrant”. An arrest doesn’t need to have cuffs. As soon as free movement is interfered that’s an arrest. If there is an arrest warrant, the warrant is supposed to be “tendered” (delivered or handed over) for inspection and the ‘subject’ of the warrant is supposed to be afforded the opportunity to review the warrant and to comply with the warrant.
