  1. Walker will show up in a town near you. He's the type that feeds off of the power of authority. He has multiple videos of his misconduct here on YouTube and bailing before the hammer dropped saved his certification.

  2. How do any cops think they’re the good guys? Like they have to know they’re garbage people or they’re just dumb as dirt. He manipulated a medical patient into a false confession after he invoked the fifth amendment. Smoking weed harms nobody, but this cop will tow their car because he can.
Also he’s not understanding the guy gets paid from property owners and using that as evidence when it’s really just his misunderstanding 🐖

  3. And what is the reason it's illegal to have and sell weed anyway? Who cares. A dispensary and a guy in his car… just let folks be free.
I know all won't agree, be we just need less laws where there is no victim. Cops should focus on real crime and be harder on them too.

  4. I hate how this cop behaved. . . but c'mon man, who rides around with a bag full of weed, roaches in the ashtray & with a baby in the backseat? What an idiot. Needs to grow up.

  5. Clearly the cop was only going to accept one explanation of where the money came from. Anything else was going to be a lie as far as he was concerned. That is yet another reason not to talk to cops. Why do you want to talk to someone who is going to think everything you say is a lie, unless what you say is incriminating and then they believe it without question even when it is coerced out of you.
And I have 2 lawn mowers, but I couldn’t tell you what model number they are or even what the brand is on one of them.

  6. So he's not under arrest yet, but they are violating his 4th amendment by going through his pockets and pulling stuff out. The cash they are talking about was in his pocket? So anything that came out of his pocket isn't admissible as the search wasn't legal, so all the cash should be returned due to illegal search regardless of his arrest after.

And the fact he had a lot of money doesn't mean he's a dealer as we all know these so called law enforcement have a tons of drugs and cash in there possession and no one publically has inventoried it.

  7. Be honest.
I told you where it came from.
Then I’m going to seize the money.
Hey? Because you won’t tell me you got it from selling weed.
    I didn’t
Then I’m seizing it. Because you won’t tell me that you got it from selling weed.
Will you give it to get if I say it.
    Yes
Ok I sold weed. You gonna give it to her now right?
I’ll work with you on it.
What a scumbag! And the department won’t hold this jerkoff accountable for coercing a confession, which he then didn’t even keep his word on…. And continuing to pepper him with questions after being told he didn’t want to answer anymore questions…which he had just told him was his right when reading him the Miranda warning just minutes ago. Cops thinking the guys a scumbag drug dealer so he doesn’t deserve any rights. And the agency will just let him do crap like this. Why? Because they love them some drug arrests, especially with a cash seizure on top. They love the war in drugs because the more arrests they make, the more budget they can claim they “need” and the more state and federal grants they can get. Scummy stuff! They don’t even care if they get convictions on cases most of the time. Because they get their stats that they base the grants off of are arrest stats, not convictions or even trial appearances. So even if they make a total BS ego driven arrest for a guy having an empty baggie that looks like it may have had a little coke in it at one time, it doesn’t matter. Make the arrest. Can’t come up with a useable amount to out into evidence, but if they can claim their stupid little three dollar test kit that clearly states on the box and in product literature that the tests should not be used to determine probable cause for arrest….because they suck and will pop false positive for a huge list of random normal stuff that people have around all the time. But ask a hundred cops what items are on that list and 99 will say “what lust?” Because they don’t care to know. Then ask them if they use their pocket knife to get a sample to test and put it in the kit. They’ll all say yes and none will understand why that’s a problem. But they don’t care. They’re keeping the boss happy by getting stats that’ll help get more money. That’s all that matters. Who cares if it means some lowly peasant citizens get arrested. If it gets thrown out, they don’t get a conviction so no harm, no foul. …doesn’t matter that they sat in jail for two months until it got thrown out…and he lost his job, and their car, and got evicted…and the ol lady started running around with some other dude while he wAs in jail and she lives at his place now….and doesn’t get to see his kids….but it’s cool because he’ll either have to sell drugs full time now and probably will get caught again so it’s a win win, or he’ll start drinking a lot and end up losing it and beating the hell out of the ol lady over the kids…. But they’ll get to arrest him again for that and there’s domestic violence program funding coming up…they need stats for that too.

  8. Did I just witness the officer basically offering him a bribe to confess? ' If you confess to this, even if you didn't do it, I will give your baby mamma 2000 for rent.'
