Isn't this the dude who lost his mind when someone called him a bootlicker?
On the cop that shot the dog; I find it interesting that you note his heavy breathing, and also that he had an animal catchers pole. Did his breathing indicate that perhaps he was angry for being sent out on this call (thus he was huffing, and puffing)? That is my first thought, he was pissed off about being there, and he took it out on the pooch. He should be punished (more than just getting suspended).
The cop that helped the poor abused dog would attract more views on a different type of channel. Your channel name is attracting people looking for "the dirt". You'll probably get decent views, and likes posting it as a short.
The last one I agree on the points you made. Why are both the cops armed with AR-15's? It makes sense that they (cops) would need to quickly regain control over the situation, and neutralize the threat to themselves, and the public.
Why doesn't the rare story of a leo helping a dog get views? Well when a bus driver completes his rounds without killing anyone, but they help several disabled people get on and off the bus. Not something people watch. It's part of THEIR JOB! A leo helps a puppy ITS THEIR JOB! Bus drivers don't bitch about it either. Even though being a bus driver is one of the many jobs more dangerous than being a leo. Guess what would happen if a bus driver drove up on a curb to intentionally kill a deaf and blind dog.

Officer with the ar15 shouldn't have been the ones to apprehend mark.
