The warrants for both, according to a news story, were "felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shooting a gun from a motor vehicle". According to the State they went onto a guys property, got into an argument, and Brandon fired two shots from his car and left. Apparently she was charged the same because, well, she was in the car to why not.

I've said this many times on AtA's channel, but I will add it here.
What the honest F is the point of making something "unconstitutional" or a "violation of rights" when there is literally no repercussions? Oh this was a violation of the x amendment/was unconstitutional! So what? That obviously doesnt stop police from doing it, so why bother? At BEST, I've seen them get a paid holiday (vacation I believe it's called) and the 'city' paid enormous sums of money in a payoff… sorry, "settlement".
I am not American, nor do I live anywhere near America, but honestly, I'd love for someone to answer me why the word unconstitutional exists and what the point is for making something a violation of rights when it has no bearing on really anything.
