41. An arrest warrant does not give them authority to search a home. It requires a search warrant to go into someone's home. An arrest warrant does not give them the authority to go through someone's home. I don't care what they say. If they want to arrest him stake out the place and arrest him outside the home or get a legal search warrant to search the house.
