The male officer was fired, after he was found guilty for third degree assault on Michael Clark. The woman officer resigned just weeks after this lawsuit was filed.
The latest order in this case was granted for the plaintiff to have an extension in time to file a response for summary judgment. His deadline is Feb 5, 2024.
