Welp at @0:28 seconds you’ll hear the officer talking to himself… Not double Locked. Then he doesn’t want to listen to the person he stopped.
So I was pulled over today for 51 in a 40. When I was asked for my insurance and registration I told the officer it was in my glove box and I also have a firearm in there. I asked if he’d like me to hand him the firearm, or step out so he can make it safe and get my papers. He told me to get out and put my hands on the front of my car. After he removed my firearm, removed the mag, and emptied the chamber, he asked where my concealed permit was. I told him I didn’t have one and that I didn’t need one to keep my firearm in the glove box. He told me it was illegal to conceal a loaded firearm in a glove box unless it was locked. I told him he was wrong and showed him the statute, to which he replied just cause its online, doesn’t make it true. I told him to call his superior, I’m already late so I’ll wait. He goes back to his car for 20 minutes, comes back to me and gives me all my stuff back and says I’m still wrong but due to Corona he’s not issuing me a ticket or arresting me for illegal concealment. I told him he needs to learn the laws he’s supposed to uphold and educate himself before he crosses the wrong person.

Simple really, Cops don’t want to know laws, ONLY POLICY, policy – see a gun, try and take it, restrict the owner from having it, disarm the public by any means necessary so they can’t defy us!
