Officer Cirus of the Daytona Beach Police Department and an unnamed officer were working with a man who was “believed” to be trespassing. They work hard to identify him and drill him about past identification cards. It’s trespassing boys, lets just move him along and get going. Your fishing expedition is over. When citizens begin calling the FBI per Title 18 USC, sec. 242 concerning any government agent violating their constitutional right/rights under color of law they will not stop committing felonies against citizens. The Florida law cannot be law if it violates the Constitution/citizens rights. A person can be detained without Identifying himself if pc is met, but no law on any level of government can be created that violates the constitution. Obviously this person has not committed a crime and they have no pc to violate the citizen's rights, to detain or arrest, which is a Felony if they do it. If the owner wants the citizenry trespasses then they can only direct him to leave, if they solicit a trespass from the owner they are guilty of criminal behavior and should be prosecuted. Without pc they have absolutely no authority to speak to that citizen.
