So i got a new “zoom microphone” and IT SUCKS which I didn’t know till i started editing this video- so i narrate some of this video. They take a sober guy out of his car and proceed to waste his time, and put in to question their “special training” to identify intoxicated drivers. Maybe my being there was a reason they actually let this guy go, either way- hadn’t seen it done till now. a small town that I live in used to do this all the time and they use extremely evasive tactics basically implying that every single person traveling through these checkpoint is intoxicated and then you have to prove that you are not intoxicated and they also use similar tactics that if you try to circumvent the checkpoint they will chase you down but thankfully about 2 years ago my small-town completely abandon these checkpoints that are clearly a violation of our fourth amendment rights thank God for progress
so we're guilty until proven innocent. if you choose not to go through the checkpoint because you don't want to be violated…they have a cop sitting there ready to do just that.

Hey Laura, did you see where @4:31, the officer pushes the breathalyzer tube into his mouth harder making the gentleman have to push back in his chair? That bothered me, maybe it's a personal thing, but to have someone physically push the tube into his mouth forcing the mans upper body back into the chair. Seemed unnecessary to shove him back a bit too forcibly I might add, via your mouth……
