@Copwatchtv obtained body and security camera footage of an incident involving an off-duty Bernalillo County Deputy who was in his government issued truck.

34-year-old Michael Borrecco of Albuquerque is accused of pointing a firearm at two patrons at a Circle-K gas station.

According to a criminal complaint, the Albuquerque Police Department arrived on scene and found the two victims and Deputy Borrecco on scene. According to officers and witnesses, Borrecco smelled of alcohol and video evidence showed him pointing a firearm at the two men. It also shows the vehicle he drove up in, having flashing lights and a PA (public announcement) system. The victims said Borrecco used a PA system and identified himself as a “BCSO” deputy to the two men.

  1. It’s cute how he side eyes over his shoulder. Like he’s a guy that’s so aware. When really he’s just another wanna be. Oh and the tats lol lol lol. That’s always funny. And quite revealing. lol lol. Oh. Kay tough guy. lol lol lol

  2. Prime example of rules for thee not for me. Homie had guns and he was drunk with alcohol, he also lied. But if a regular citizen did any of this STRAIGHT TO JAIL.

  3. Did he intentionally not read him his rights before asking about the "alleged" crime? Wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't get thrown out.

  4. And people wonder why they always investigate themselves and find nothing. This was pathetic. A drunk driver committing crimes with a firearm is not arrested. Wow.

  5. These cops forgot to give him a sobriety test, which gives him a chance to deny in court that he was never intoxicated. If city or county law enforcement isn't competent, someone should have called state police. These guys do a much better job in these circumstances.

  6. Well it kinda went off the rails when they started hiring cops who look more like criminals than the criminals. All tatted up with beards. Just saying standards have really really declined

  7. They know it’s him, they know they have PC to search the vehicle and they know he’s drunk… but none of that matters now does it?

  8. Police are supposed to protect and serve the people
This was a "Protect and serve a fellow cop"
Those two individuals should sue, the sheriffs, police and the city
