We went to go meet up with Katman and Andyporkchop at the checkpoint in Manhattan beach, when I decided ‘i want to go threw the checkpoint’…admittedly I should have been better prepared, i’ve done better at checkpoints- BUT THE BEST PART IS LATER WHEN WE SHOW HERMOSA BEACH SGT HIGGINS THE VIDEO OF INGLEWOOD PD OFFICER SLAPPING TOM ZEBRAS CAMERAS THE OTHER DAY. He admitted it didnt look good for Inglewood LOL.

I nearly lost it when the Officer said:"That version doesn't look good."
And the Officer made a mistake when he said that it was an I.D. checkpoint as well. Unless the Officer is Border Patrol within 100 miles of an international border; he's not qualified under a SCOTUS decision.
Again, I am not an attorney, but that is my understanding (City of Indianapolis Indiana v Edmond).
