Felony Animal Cruelty Charges For Cop Who Tased and Maced Neighbor’s Dog

4. Interesting how we need to be patient because this internal investigation takes time yet a single cop can be judge, jury and executioner in 3 seconds flat. 🤨

5. Cops suck. But so can neighbors. The neighbors being the type of people who let their dog run loose and make it everyone elses problem to deal with it deficating in their yards or chewing stuff up, is all I need to know. They are the laissez-faire neighbors who inconsiderately inconvenience everyone around them. They have no respect for anyone. The fact their dog was on his property, they were aware he would prefer they not do that, and instead of being respectful and taking their dog away and ensuring it doesnt run over there again, they continue not to respect their neighbors feelings on the matter and even taunt him with, "Your kids wont be out at 7…"

   Sure this cop should have called in the on-duties and let them handle it, but the neighbors need to stop acting like their dog is now the community dog and like anyone gives a shit. Be responsible dog owners and neighbors.

15. As a former 3-year-old, I can relate to the officer's irrational fear of dogs and complete inability to competently and effectively resolve this conflict.

INSURANCE COMPANIE'S NEED TO Personally insure each ,and every "Agent, Detective, Constable,Chief etc ." Officers need to be fully insured as agents ,and not employees of a system . That system allows these mental ,gun toting ,pimple picking,and popping,.. closet crack smoking psycho's to pump '5' shots into your face/brains just to watch what would happen. At any giving second he wants ,after finding that perfect situation,…after he identifies himself, if he see's even a pinch of a move of the body ,he gets to play judge ,jury ,and executioner all in 1 second !!! Then he sits back, they bag up articles ,and he/she/it gets to sit back for 4 yrs. While the family /Freund's etc….forget about the person to the point it's forgotten ,so the the S.I.U clears the cop. Now ,instead going to work ,he gets hailed as a hero, but suffered extreme "psychiatric P.T.S.D" ,and goes on another 4 -12 yrs .leave, untill his full pension kicks in !! This is the true story of 1,out of every 100 cops today , are doing this !! They just go to other countries ,and wait out all these things ,and live of a nice free pension, for a big ,bad 6 months of service of murder the human that moved. Shame on that person for getting mouthy with the psycho cop !!😢

24. So it took 30 days for a cop to be charged only because they couldn't spin it since it was on video. He'd never been charged if it wasn't for the public.

25. if a Cop is Talking he is lying, Wonder if cops can be violent? Check on how many times cops are charged with Spousal abuse. They are all drunk on the power that has been given to them,once they have Power they will use any means needed to impose their will on you regardless on whether it is legal or not does not enter their mind, and when they do break the law any other cop that is in the Area will swear on their oath to protect the other Cop. its called the "Thin Blue line" That is the name of their gang. and if by some miracle one of them is found guilty of trampling on your rights he will not ever pay a dime in the settlement the judge deems necessary, no the taxpayers in that city or county will pay, the cop has a thing called personal Immunity. The cure for this problem is to demand that their Personal Immunity is taken away and see how fast they will change their behavior.
