The first call you see was over just about the time I got there…an elderly lady thought someone was breaking in, but the police helicopter spotted raccoons on the roof and the call was over. BUT THEN fire department responded quickly to a man passed out at a light on 9th and western….harbor officers had yet to arrive and the “suspect” wanted to leave- but the fire department basically detained the man, insisting over the radio for harbor to hurry…they did finally show up….also another officer with a nasty ‘chew’ habit….i don’t care if people smoke cigarettes or use chewing tobacco….but there is something very unprofessional about an officer spitting every couple seconds- besides they do have a lapd policy so knock it Officer Spit magoo!
