    The Citizens Civil Rights Protection Policy Act:
    As American citizens is unreasonable and unacceptable that citizens must learn their civil rights and the law in order to protect themselves from the abuses and tyranny of bad police conduct and ignorant public servant that we employ. We are aware that law enforcement forgets they are obligated to obey laws and on occasion also don’t even follow department policy. So, we call this the policy act. To that end, it’s vital that we the citizens press for the Citizens Civil Rights Protection Policy Act to limit bad behavior, prevent escaping accountability and to impose consequences on law enforcement for violations. We demand this in the interest of the pursuit of transparency and accountability.
    1. End to Qualified Immunity. All actions of law enforcement personnel and departments are officially and legally personally liable. And all law enforcement will be held personally accountable for the first $50,000 of any settlement or law suit award. And awards or settlement above the officer’s limit will be pay or deducted from the police dept’s or sheriff offices operating budget. This will be mandatory to improve accountable, transparency and bring a new era of incentivize proper behavior in law enforcement.
    2. A publicly accessible federal database where cops’ names, dates, and reason for termination are registered, published and publicly accessible to track gypsy cops attempt to seek employment at another department and hide their bad record from the public.
    3. No more secrets. We demand that all law enforcement including DHS, ATF, CBP, FBI, state police/troopers, local police and sheriff offices, be equipped and wear body worn cameras. This includes all uniformed, inside certified uniformed, supervisors, commanders, deputy and assistant chiefs, and Chief/Sheriff. The body worn cameras must be worn from beginning to end of shift and must not have a mute or on/off switch.
    4. No more denial of video that we pay for. We the people own that video. We demand public access to all body cam video. All body worn camera and dashcam video will daily be uploaded to nationwide publicly accessible servers. The public will have the ability to view, tab/label bad conduct segments for further investigation. The public will assist those over worked supervisors that don't seem to be able to recognize civil rights violations and law-breaking cops until it surfaces from victim accounts at local TV stations.
    5. National Database including public view of Law enforcement that have been terminated or resigned AND went to work at another agency or department.
    6. National Database including public access and Open Records Request or FOIA will provide disciplinary records, public complaints and all law enforcement training. Records will include when, what the violation was and what the punishment was. We demand to know who we are paying and what sins our employees are performing.
    7. All law enforcement personnel will immediately comply with “approach and ID”. All law enforcement that approaches citizens for any reason will provide their name, badge number and reason for contacting the citizen. Failure to comply will result in termination. Citizens will have the right to challenge the truthfulness for non-compliance using body worn camera video.
    8. This act immediately neutralizes and make null and void any provisions in city or county union contracts that currently require the city or county to re-instate terminated police officers or deputies.
    9. Remove tint on all government cars. Government has no special privileges superior to citizens. If government such as law enforcement can put all degrees of tine on their vehicles, so can citizens. No limit or restriction on degree of tint on citizen vehicles.
    10. Continuous Education Training for Constitutionally Protected Rights and activities including related case law. Biannual recertification of constitutional law else removed from duty interacting with public until receive remedial training and recertification. Mandatory for all law enforcement.
