If there were good cops there wouldn’t be bad cops, because the good cops would arrest the bad cops. That’s easier said than done though since police departments have a gang mentality, and you don’t betray or “snitch” on fellow gang members. Now in Colorado, failure to intervene and stop a bad cop is a crime, and in Aurora Colorado the first officer was just convicted of that crime.
