Kentucky state police entered a home on April 9th, 2020 to serve a bench warrant on Alex Hornback. During the arrest excessive force was used, but no use of force report was ever filed. The father recorded some of the incident with police, but Troopers threatened to arrest him if he didn’t delete the video. A law suit was filed against the police for the use of force, and for violation of the fsthers right to record. The troopers didn’t know there was security camera footage. When officer Thomas Czartorski was asked under oath in deposition if he used any force against Hornback, he said no. When asked if he struck Hornback with an object he said no. Weeks after the deposition Attorney released the security video on social media, exposing the officer’s lie. Czartorski was charged with 1st Degree perjury, a felony with 1 to 5 years imprisonment, and fired from the department.

James Freeman does first amendment audits, cop watching, cop blocking, and more. Since Live PD and Cops was cancelled, James Freeman does LIVE STREAMING COP WATCHES. It’s like Live PD, except actually live, and without the “cops can do no wrong” bias.

  1. The time you let your guard down & don't record is likelier to be the time they know they can violate your rights without accountability. Your word against a "heroe's" word is a losing hand.

  2. 3:53 Watch the officer put full weight with his knee on the back of the neck. That's dangerous for a spinal injury, not just suffocation. It's also meant to be clearly malicious, painful, and humiliating. And all of this to someone who's not resisting.

  3. I wonder why only one officer is facing any reprimand at all here.

If I watched a party rob a bank, and I got into the getaway car and it got busted, wouldn't charges be applied against me as well for participating?

  4. The more citizens with cameras we have the less police we will need because the first amendment and a camera turns your word against theirs into their word against what they said

  5. Not in trouble for the battery and assault with a weapon, but lying to his buddies.

    End qualified immunity.

  6. Many levels of wrong here. The blatant corruption within the KY State Police shown here speaks volumes to the level of Gestapo tactics being used. Everyone on that team to include the commander needs relieved of duty with no hope of similar positions. To be a cop is to have integrity above reproach yet we are seeing time and time again crooked cops that will do anything to retain their power over the people to include lying under oath. What does that say about a cops testimony when on the stand?

  7. Perjury is a felony and carries a sentence of 1 to 5 years. But we have to take into account who is actually being charged. So if this lying thug is found guilty he is more likely to receive probation.

  8. Please tell us what we can do to help this family. Please dont let this go. We the people have to get rid of the police an give security of the people back to the people

  9. prosecutors and judges have to prosecute and uphold a conviction. but if that wasn't filmed they would be just as slim ball as the cops. probably that kid would be in prison for a long time if I t weren't for the camera.

  10. You notice cops only get fired and/or arrested if they're caught lying on reports and/or depositions NOT FOR EXTRAORDINARY FORCE!!!! Always film the cops and government employees. They're all dirty and corrupt PERIOD!!
