How to get a few hundred years in jail – green laser vs police helicopter

3. So what exactly is illegal about it? Only cops or military allowed to have them?

4. I have a stupid question… so go easy here. Someone once said there’s never stupid questions… but they lied.
   Is there a practical reason to own these lasers? I had a red one on a firearm but it wasn’t practical for target practice and prefer just a light & strobe~ certainly not as powerful.

   I guess you could use them to blind someone in self defense. On the sailboat instead of flare for 🆘?
   But are people simply buying them “for fun” ?
   🤷🏼‍♀️ ~do I need one & what for?
   What am I missing?

5. I'm a laser pointer hobbyist, I hate people like this. They make it more and more difficult to buy them.
