Miguel the HR guy is no dummy. He's both intelligent and kind, but ADA laws REQUIRE him to help people who claim to need help with this process. I assume most cops had to be helped with filling out the application, so I'm sure this isn't the first time he had to put up with this BS, just the first time it was recorded and published.
