These cops are completely out of control! This encounter was obsessively hostile from get…althogh it seems deescalation was beginning to return it to a "CONSENTUAL" interaction, the bald meathead cop with a tan (…) must have gotten a steroidal bump because he RE-escalted the whole scene in order to manhandle the occupants and appears to make the next generation of independent American!
