Today i finally got my phone back after nearly 8 months of the Kewanee Police Dept having it after confiscating it for public photography.
I know I seem on edge in this video, to be fair I had been requested audit the police dept and I wasn’t excited to deal with them, but i should have been more articulate and explained my rights more although I don’t think one should have to explain their rights to an LEO
All I was walking around the same block for maybe 10-15 minutes until the officer pulled up, I made sure I stayed on the sidewalk the entire time I was filming, so what the officer said about me walking up and down the drive thru was a fabrication.
For court discovery after 8 months we still have yet to receive the phone call to see what was actually said, if he made up the part about it being reported that I walked up to the drive thru trying to steal peoples information, or if someone actually reported that, which at this point is doubtful because I’m sure if they had a phone call they would have entered it into discovery by now.

I saw the body cam footage for this encounter. This auditor called the cops on himself to invoke the police and get another lawsuit that he just recently won. Lackluster has the full bodycam footage on his channel.
