You can bet band directors and coaches don't get paid overtime at most schools. This is strickly volunteering yet do cops volunteer when there's a parade. Do cops volunteer when there's a so-called protest. Do costs Volunteer for s*** and And communities. No, we pay the crazy amount of overtime. Meanwhile, the average American works on salary.
