How can anyone give anyone like Floyd added screen time. I've lost respect for Jonny 5-0. He probably had PayPal Pate or David Warren call the cops and tell them he's on drugs or mentally ill. Floyd is giving ammo to police to pass laws like those in Maryland, where cops will be able to dictate what ever directives they wish.

Any police chief worth his weight would have to admit making a statement like; “if you don’t answer my questions you about to get tazed!†… is certainly not lawful, nor the correct way to interact with someone. Also, I’ve often wondered, if auditors are going to use “quote†Penal Code 38.02 all the time – which is totally fine – but why don’t auditors carry a copy with them when out doing 1st amendment audits? Seriously, it might actually help in certain instances when they dispute it.

FUBAR, as usual with Texas law enforcement. They have very few officers in the state of Texas that actually know the law. And unfortunately every time there's an audit they get one of the ones that have their head so far up where the sun don't shine they haven't had time to learn the law.
