  1. I think to make someone get out of their car the officer will first have to establish that there was a reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime has been or is about to be committed. And the officer has a reasonable suspicion that their safety is in question and they would like to pat down the driver or passenger.

  2. deputy of the month . disgusting that police get
away this The women better file
    federal charges .lose immunity
pension and then jail BREED THE HATE

  3. That's why I say go after the supervisors for not training their officers and not holding them responsible!

  4. Unfriggen believable, I've seen this a few times, That Deputy has some ANGER ISSUES!! Glad She was finally held accountable!!

  5. If you notice, most if not all of the abusive overly aggressive female cops on YouTube seem to have full on arm “sleeve” type tattoos. It’s a very odd statistical coincidence and it’s so common it can’t be an accident. Is it that these females are over compensating to be thought of as just as good, aggressive, have “street cred”, or are true warriors like their male counterparts? I just don’t see the “sleeve” type tattoos on the male police officers who are out of line as I do the females police officers. Maybe this is something that should be addressed in the hiring process.
