And if anybody is going to make these complaint calls, James is correct don’t threaten and don’t call them names because you know they won’t listen to you, so protect yourself by buying a cheap $10 phone from the dollar store and set up an anonymous email account so that you can buy your minutes online under a fake name. You don’t need to get pulled into a lawsuit because you made a phone call to redress the government. They will try to call it harassment, and they will try to say you were stalking , or all these other stupid crazy charges that they like to pull out of a hat, so just be careful and protect your own behind.

Just look at the Trump cases in DC and NY. They blamed Trump of actions undertaken by his followers and thus put a gag order on him. A clear violation of both his and his followers 1A rights of free speech (and the freedom to hear someone speak) and the redressing of their government.
So why is a law firm serving cease-and-desist letters through email? I thought the tri and true method was to send a certified letter to show you got it and then they send the letter snail mail because a lot of people don’t pick up the certified mail. They have no proof that you received Anything unless there’s a signature on it. It’s like Atlanta seems to be having a horrible time tearing down peoples homes in error because they mailed notices or attacked them on the door. The house is boarded up. The people don’t live there they keep the property up and it’s boarded up to keep people out, she’s on vacation and Neighbor calls were you having your house torn down? They went to the wrong house and then when they were confronted, they just abandoned it as it was, which is half torn down which now is a safety hazard and the owner has to pay to have the rest of the house demolished there was another case of a Victorian house That the man was in the process of rehabbing, had a permit to rehab, and they complained about the construction waste around the house, and they sent notices for compliance to the wrong address, and they tore his house down. And they want him to pay for having it torn down and they’re not relenting. The city did everything wrong and yet the homeowner is on the hook. Sorry for the rent, but it just irks me that the government thinks they can do all these things because they have a policy. Their deadlines are arbitrary made up out of thin air. You have 20 days to comply with this notice, by whose measurement?
