…and myself toured around the fence of Jacksonville Navy Base (https://www.cnic.navy.mil/JACKSONVILLE) While we encountered 3 people that were very interested in our presence. The guards at the main gate were using binoculars, and a Navy Police officer followed us for several minutes yelling at us to clear the area. This was the fastest rejection of a consensual encounter I have ever had.

  1. Really, anyone has the right (like you) to come up and ask questions, you are making this escalate for absolutely no reason so this would be a fail on the auditors part.

  2. That's not in Orange Park, FL like you said around 2:20. It is indeed in Jacksonville, FL city limits and in Duval County. Orange Park is a separate entity entirely and is in Clay County.

  3. I dont like audits with multiple people like this. It defeats the purpose. Cops dont act normal with lots of witnesses. Best to be alone with a camera to catch true cop behavior

  4. That checkpoint sucks hairy balls…. see it in the morning when EVERYONE SHOWS UP TO DELIVER… It's a 2 hour wait no matter how many times you've been there before. Lined up to outside the gate.

  5. I was across the street when you were doing this. I saw you . But I had work to go take care of, otherwise I would have come and said hello.

  6. wow! i used to live in a trailor park by the runway and loved to watch the corsairs land and fold up their wings. this was in the 1950's.

  7. You should have let the cop say and do whatever nonsense he was going to say and do so hopefully you could goad him into illegally arresting you. Nancy Genovese got $1.12 MILLION when she was illegally arrested for recording outside a NY Air National Guard base. Cops who are stupid enough to approach people acting like tourists are pretty stupid to begin with.

  8. 8:00 You certainly can go right up to that plane and look at it. That's what it is there for. It's an exhibit, for Christ's sake. You most certainly CANNOT be arrested for approaching and photographing an exhibition aircraft that is displayed in an easily accessible place, clearly outside their security fence. (They may come out and tell you its on base property, and you will have to step off, but that's all they can do. There are very clearly no trespass restrictions in place for that aircraft unless they become verbal.)

  9. The most action that MP will see in his whole career. Just wait, he’ll be telling his war stories to his grand kids about it

  10. Good video, but a cop asking you a question in a consensual contact is NOT "prior restraint"…
prior restraint — judicial suppression of material that would be published or broadcast, on the grounds that it is libelous or harmful. In US law, the First Amendment severely limits the ability of the government to do this.

  11. Hell yeah yall right down the road!! Try the police substation on blanding and wilson. There are substations all over town. Not sure if they have public lobbies.
