  1. If a judge can say just shot him then there a conflict of interest that judge should never be allowed near the case but that America for the world to see corupted government and politics and police departments all over America never go to America or holiday makers can be killed and there will be a cover up

  2. Lying this 👮🏿‍♂️ office can not be trusted listening to how he advice to twist bend break law he is permanently fired as up holding Truth.

  3. Isn't Eric Brandt still in prison for making comments about not being upset if a particular judge passed away? It should go both ways but we all know it never does.

  4. The judge only apologized because his job was on the line and he just became a judge and he wanted to keep his job. He should be off the job and back to what he was doing before he was a judge.

  5. The POS Judge needs be sanctioned and disbarred.

    Filing a Complaint

Anyone can file a complaint free of charge. You do not need a lawyer to file a complaint against a judge. Reading our brochure will give an overview of how the Judicial Conduct Board operates and what types of complaints we can handle. You should, however, review the types of allegations that the Board will consider, and you should not make frivolous complaints. What’s more, anyone who knowingly files a false complaint may face criminal charges. Please read our brochure before filing a complaint:

What does the “Confidential Request for Investigation” ask?

All complaints must identify the judge against whom the Confidential Request for Investigation is being filed and specify the allegations upon which the request is based. If a court case is involved, you will be asked for relevant information related to the case, such as the names of lawyers on both sides. You may also send the Board copies of documents to support your allegations but they will not be returned. To speed the process along, it helps to give the Board as much information as you possibly can.

Do I have to identify myself when I file a complaint?

No, but it is strongly encouraged that you do. Although the Board does accept anonymous complaints, they are much more difficult to investigate.

    Filing a Complaint by Mail

There are two versions of our Request for Investigation form available. The first version is for Microsoft Word. If you have Microsoft Word, open the complaint form. You can then fill out most (all but date and signature) of the form in Word, Print It, Sign It, and Mail it to us. If you do not have Microsoft Word, please use the version for Adobe Acrobat. This version should be opened, printed out, filled in, signed, and mailed to us. *All complaints must be made in writing. No complaints will be taken over the telephone or via the internet.

  6. This jackass only regrets that because of a bodycam he's being held accountable for saying something that I'm sure he's said in the past and will say again. Public servants being held accountable is a beautiful thing.

  7. I guess I can’t tell cops, prison guards, or inmates they should assault (or worse) a pedophile… some people say that kind of speech should get me locked up in prison.

Watch what you say I guess… there’s probably a law that will get you locked up for it.

  8. If a judge told the cop to SHOOT a man seeking to redress his government appropriately AT the appropriate place, then this judge is unfit to be a dog catcher, let alone a judge. The corruption is complete…there is no justice in Pennsylvania.

  9. The fact that the law enforcement on the scene doesn't know the law and feels a citizen following up on his rights is "nonsense" should be investigated also.

  10. Put that prick in jail for awhile, and when released direct him to job service where he can apply for a job at Walmart.

  11. IS THERE A DISCIPLINARY/COMPLAINT PROCEDURE FOR JUDGES IN PENN ????????? HE HAS TO BE REPORTED TO THAT BODY AND CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH SHERIFF========== ALSO WHY IS A COP ALLOWED CONSPIRE WITH A JUDGE==== THERE SHOULD BE NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN LEO'S AND THE BENCH======== TOTAL ETHICS BREECH===========

  12. A dangerous group of people, in control of many people lives. Scares the hell out of me! Because I know they are not the only ones in the enforcement industry.

  13. that judge definataly needs to lose his job over that very wrong almost provoking statement to that officer- so he says he would just shoot him for standing up for his rights and not being violent in any way,

  14. Do you believe this "judge" is actually the only one out there not honoring his oath? There are 100's if not 1000's of them being treasonous slime.

  15. Do not accept any apology from Judges, Cops, or people in the public trust. They should act above reproach especially on duty. If they didn't mean it, they wouldn't have said it.
