23. Look im not cool with backyard breeders. BUT I’m not a fan of someone like this using the threat of calling the police to get her way. Only call the police if you are in danger or just had a wreck or feel unsafe being around someone. You can’t force someone to trespass someone else on their property if they dont want to.

    I probably wouldn’t shop there if I had a choice since I don’t like that they allow it. But it absolutely is not a police matter, and with how cops act these days, calling the cops means calling a gun.

    Also, I’m only assuming the dude is a backyard breeder since from the little information I have about him, thats what it sounds like. But I could be wrong and he is re homing animals that dont do good in shelters or having accidental litters. That’s a whole other ballgame but puppies that already exist need a home. This woman thinks her morality is above all others and expects companies and the police to enforce her moral values on others without the process of creating a law. there is enough grey area here where discussion is necessary, and not a Karen hamfisting her will on random people.

25. I didn’t know selling animals was rehoming. Anytime someone is selling items for profit, they should be licensed to do so. I would make sure that the authorities pursue business license and other avenues. Also, you can’t do this in a parking lot of a major retailer. Too much liability on them. Selling out of a home is possible, but I would try to find his insurance company and ask them if this person is paying for additional liability. Having many strangers come and go to buy animals is a liability on the insurance company they need to charge for it. The local animal shelter has plenty of pets that need a home.

I call on auditors to check out their local shelters, look at the conditions, do public records rewuests for euthanasia logs, dug invoices, etc…. i have been told i cant video at a public shelter because it makes the dogs aggressive….. anything to stop accountability.
