  1. It has nothing to do with quality or quantity of training, it has to do with real accountability. Police should have much harsher penalties for violations of the law than citizens. If they were held accountable they would stop breaking laws and show the proper respect for their oath and the public they are supposed to serve.

  2. Murder my 17 year old when you have a sworn oath and duty for bs like this…..And only get one year…And you will get a bullet from my Barrett .50…..From another zip code…..

    Olmsted v. United States, (1928) 277 U.S. 438
"Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy."

Cops are NOW the redcoats and they deserve the same exact treatment…..

  3. One year? Hunter is gone FOREVER!

We are at war. Everyone needs to study the words of G. Gordon Liddy. If I posted his comment here, my account would be cancelled within a few hours. Look it up for yourselves.

The odd thing is, Liddy was no "lefty." He was, for the most part, a thoroughly obnoxious Reich winger. But he got this point right.

    It is war. Act accordingly.

  4. Is there a body camera app for phones, would be nice to be able to record at all times without having to delete videos and take up all my memory.

  5. Arizona RepubliKKKlan Senator John Kavanaugh has pushed a Bill through which makes it Illegal to record the KKKops.

  6. Michael Davis is Licensed To Kill.
The community will run off that Killer… within hours of his release from prison.

  7. They are pushing to stop people from recording police, making it illegal to record them. Not enough police are killed in the line of tyranny.

  8. You know how the saying goes.. one bad apple could shoot the whole bunch… that's how it goes isn't it?

  9. This is why people settle out of court. How many bootlickers on that jury for a verdict of a misdemeanor. Good kid , comes from a good family, broke down on the side of the road, ends up dead. Why did that cop even draw his gun to begin with. Why was he shouting orders? He couldn’t see that the kid was fixing his truck? I think there is Bodycam footage, they just destroyed it.

  10. I used to be one of those citizens who believe in cops, now I teach my kids to alway record, be polite but stand for his rights in a educated manner

  11. With any luck perhaps a neighbor of Michael Davis will splatter his head with a sledge hammer like a watermelon while he naps in his summertime backyard hammock.

  12. BWCs should be activated as soon as the shift starts. Allowed only to be paused for bathroom breaks. BWC then stopped at the end of shift and uploaded to a review area to allow any redaction required by law for a period not to exceed 24 hours, then the footage uploaded to a publicly accessible archival site that anyone can use to review any and all police interactions.

We used to think that cops would straighten up once they were recorded and their actions able to be reviewed objectively. Way to many videos of police misconduct have proven otherwise. As long as we do not hold cops accountable for their actions and treat cops as the sovereign citizens they currently are in this day and age, nothing will change.

  13. I do not have the information but maybe he used less than 10 bullets to shoot the poor kid , than i would totaly understand the judge having the opinion it was unintentional

  14. Even cops who get convicted don't do regular time in prison. They almost always get home confinement and in the rare instance they go into actual prison they get "protective custody" which is basically a luxury hotel suite within prison walls.

  15. In a country where you can expect pretty much every adult you encounter to have a firearm, being a police officer can be dangerous. Police officers get shot and killed each year, so every officer has that thought in the back of their mind, and will often do anything they can to avoid that happening to them, which is just human nature. This is why there needs to be an emphasis on dealing with these kinds of scenarios in police training. Learning how to analyse a situation, and the body language of people, can help in properly assessing a potential threat. But also the police departments need to look for the right people. Not everyone is suited to being a police officer.

  16. I just watched the footage not long ago!
    About two weeks.
The guy returning home from After working on his van.
He was placing antifreeze as a block to his rear wheel when shot!
    ONE YEAR?

  17. "Unintentional homicide" Be careful, out of Chicago years ago, a cop was let off because the judge said "pointing a gun and pulling a trigger is about as intentional as it gets". Therefore, the charges were null and void. And due to double jeopardy, can't go back after them. I'd be worried about an appeal going directly at this.
