“This all took place on Tuesday the 15th of January 2019… we are pursuing all legal avenues… please feel free to reach out to the City of Kingsland Police Departmnet; they can be reached at 912-729-8254, or 912-729-1442.”

This is absolutely disgusting. These two officers do not even know how to follow the law. When a minor is walking around the neighborhood filming for whatever reason he was filming for Police to sign that they want to come in unlawfully stop in for no suspicion of a claim. Refuse to allow him to go. Then arrest him for refusal to identify himself because they had no reasonable articulable suspicion of any crime. This minute knows his rights more than most adults do

  1. Stupid police. Ha ha we got a call. WTF is this Houston Texas? You can only kick in doors and kill people from a phone call.
Sue them you can take it yourself. Clear violation of you right to freely record, first admendment.
Clear violation of your right to travel freely. (Many supreme Court cases.)
File suit and get that college money. Might take a coupple of years in the courts.
It would be good to have a crummy burger flipping job in the meantime. 👍

  2. Felony breach of the peace, aggravated extortion, false imprisonment, terrorist threats, armed robbery, treason of the 1st, 4th and 5th amendments with ABSOLUTELY ZERO probable cause.
A hearsay phonecall means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING…..
NO OBLIGATION to id or answer any questions until LAWFULLY ARRESTED….
Brown v Texas, Kolender v Lawson, Miranda v Arizona and the 5th amendment.
Walking down the street filming IS NOT a fucking crime…..

    Terry v Ohio 392 U.S. 1
"Of course, the person stopped is not obliged to answer, answers may not be compelled and refusal to answer furnishes no basis for an arrest, although it may alert the officer to the need for continued observation."

“The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that refusal to answer law enforcement questions cannot form the basis of reasonable suspicion. See Florida v. Bostick, 501 U.S. 429, 437, 111 S.Ct. 2382, 115 L.Ed.2d 389 (1991) ("We have consistently held that a refusal to cooperate, without more, does not furnish the minimal level of objective justification needed for a detention or seizure.") – U.S. v. Santos 403 F.3d 1120 (2005)
