  1. Once a person gets arrested and sent to jail is that person's name public information? Yeah regarding the cop telling you in other words it's none of your business, what about when the local news gets the person's name and puts it on TV? Someone gave the news the name.

  2. I live in Pennsylvania now and there are 2 webpages I can go to to get crime information about anyone in any county in Pennsylvania. It's not the Sheriff Department here. One is the Magistrate and one is the Court of Common Pleas. It will show you the court dockets. It shows their name, gender, address, the arresting officer, the judge, if they were placed in jail and how much the bond was and if they were able to afford the bail. I'll leave you the websites in case you would like to look. All you have to do when you go to these sites in choose Participant's Name from the drop down box, enter their first and last name and choose the county from another drop down box. 3. There is a reason why you have to search the persons first and last name. If you where not a creepy stranger, and the suspects wife for example, the it would make sense for them to give you information. You told the officers it would be online anyways, but it does not seem like you where able to find the suspect you where looking for?

  4. Yeah, that's pretty ridiculous alright. Their not one bit concerned about someones privacy; they just don't wanna cooperate with you is all.

  5. 6. They are controlling access to information, not protecting anyone's privacy. Information has a lot of value to cops. Look how hard they push to get as much as they can. Info is something street cops are hardwired to get, not to give.

  7. good morning Laura.
    good video.
the only time they give a shit about the privacy of an arrestee is when your pointing the camera at the cops.
Hey cops, if you dont want to be filmed, get another job.
    applebees is hiring dishwashers.
