I know, a lot of you have seen this, I did correct my labels since I hadn’t realized in the video I posted a couple days ago that this is not a Lieutenant this is in fact Captain ll Gary Walters (the other being Captain lll Michael Oreb) of LAPD Harbor Division.
I’m really kicking myself in the ass, I wish I would have recognized him…..I would have kept our conversation going, and moved on to other topics.
I wonder if he knows about the 2 times Foxy and I visited Harbor Station and were denied of any real help, but worse- 1st time being accused of having weapons- but they were only cameras, then having them bring out 2 large guns as an intimidation attempt followed by our second visit, when speaking to the watch commander Sgt Havican (who is also seen in this video), was 100% unwilling to help us AND told us he was not obligated to do so….

I guess I deserve a thank you? Since I pointed this out to you!? Yeah maybe not I guess lol
I read Onus' reply, and yours to his, and I'm kinda siding with Onus 'cause something seems a little fishy here. What would a Captain be doing out at night to make a personal stop while still in uniform was my first thought. The reason I say this is because Captain's (#1 in charge) typically work day shifts and only get called in for something major. My second thought was: Why would he even bother to get involved; he has beat cops to take care of that petty shit!! I hate the term "officer" because they think they are above us (i.e. General, Colonel, Major, Captain, lieutenant) but they are not. I seriously question as to WHY that Captain was there!!!!
Wait, a Captain is out on patrol taking calls ? I think I have seen Captains on the street about twice in 5 years and only for major calls at small departments.  Something doesn't seem right here.
