Good camera,, your setting is set on picture and that is why you have a border around the video.. At least that is what my cam does. go into your setup screen and change this setting..

I asked him if he worked for the impound because I wanted him to define/explain his duty as an impound officer for everyone. I thought it was interesting that he was just there "to do the impound". Is that necessary? Does that require separate training like a K-9 officer? That's what I was getting at.
