I have read the LAPD employee handbook, and in the complaints section it states all the officers are responsible for the other officers on scene, in other words, when I filed a complaint on Sgt. Clark I could have very well stretched the complaint to all you Officers on scene that night, since it was Officer Grimes responsibility to advise Sgt Clark to knock it off! but, of course being P2 he didn’t, instead, he followed her bogus as* orders….I did you a favor Officer Grimes, I hope you will drop this BS and get back to work “training” your rookies….YOU missed the meth pipe in the grass! I would say “rookie move” but you’re just scared of the camera…..don’t teach that to your rookies

The 1st circuit court of appeals has ruled that 10 feet is a reasonable distance for both audio & video (Glik v. Cunniffe)..The 9th circuit of california hasn't ruled on distance for recording police.. if a case does go before the 9th circuit court of appeals regarding the distance someone could record the police (video & audio), it is unlikely they would change the precedent set by the 1st circuit of 10 feet….

I'm confused by what we are seeing. The lighting is poor enough that I can't tell who is in the beginning of this video or what they are doing.
Also, your narration generally contributes significantly to your videos s. But, I think it distracts from the otherwise good quality of your when you use profanity.
