After editing and watching the video over a 100 times, at this point I feel like this video may serve as a lesson to you all, I feel a little foolish for getting caught up in such a long conversation with a police officer who was ‘studying me’ – he says he wanted the conversation to be genuine between he and I, but COME ON, YOU ARE RECORDING TOO! so just between you, me and whatever police officer wants to have a good laugh, take notes on what I said blah blah blah….save it.

If I disagree and you arrest me I face a malicious prosecution. If I am able to beat that fabricated criminal case against me, I sue you as well as your department and the city afterwards in what is known as a 1983 federal civil rights lawsuit. The difference is my lawsuit isn't fabricated. Unfortunately what is simple to you is a burden to the tax payers as well as the court system. Oh yeah I almost forgot. There's already accountability for cop-watchers. It's called the law.
The reason that additional accountability is required for cops is the thin blue line, which results in cops being de facto above the law, meaning that the law doesn't hold them accountable.
It all boils down to if you are attractive enough to cause a distraction. Men in general are intimidated by beauty/attractiveness.
He seems to believe that everything he says is a LAWFUL COMMAND but there in lyes the problem. Not everything a cop says is a "lawful" command. It may be something he wants but is it lawful. Case in point you standing at a reasonable distance recording silently and a cop tells you to move down the street just because they don't want to be filmed or any of a dozen other reasons. No ow is that a lawful command? No. Not according to the Supreme Court. So who's lying by omission now??
