Very progressive police department…Few years ago they (and the city) paid 4.2 million dollars for a small used pick up truck,,after they put 100 bullet holes in it looking for one of their own rogue cops….How they didn't kill the two women in the truck remains a mystery to this day.
The pain, frustration, desperation and deliberate paranoia of society's disenfranchised ( the poor) on full display. I long to satisfy this kind of suffering. Justice system reform must become a reality in this country.

remember when police commissions were formed it was to give the people a greater voice and impact on the police force in their community, now it seems the commission serves and protects the officers after all this time… one layer protecting the other layer, thats why officers were there, to protect the people protecting them…

Pretty much every city council meeting I've ever watched I tend to think to myself ,
" if only every person in there had a pocket full of rocks to throw when their attention wasn't on the people speaking they could have an indoor stoning ."

It would be nice to have some content. Are these elected officials? What is their function? Have they ever take a citizen seriously or is just someplace to vent but do nothing ?
This is just a Dog and Pony show and none of Politicians care and it is obvious. This goes on across the Country where Politicians think they are above the Law and the people's voice does not mean anything accept during voting time. They do what they want and the people do not have a voice.
Look the entire California was against Police using Drones and they are using them anyway. The Majority of People in the country want Health Insurance and look what the Republicans did get rid of Pre Existing Conditions and Obama Care. Every other country has Health Insurance for its Citizens and we don't.
Our justice System is Broken and pathetic filled with Innocent people getting charged with crimes and the only way to get out of it is to plead to a lesser charge and pay money or you face Years in Jail because you cannot afford decent legal representation because you get paid minimum wage and have to work two or three jobs to have a roof over your head. Our Police force has become militarized where they are taught that everyone is against you and going to harm them and that citizens are beneath them. WAKE UP AMERICA!!
