  1. All of these subhumans asserting their right to disrupt government proceedings are deluded. CJ Grisham is a mediocre attorney.

  2. Too bad municipal codes/laws CAN NOT USURP INALIENABLE RIGHTS.
These Officers should have been resisted for committing Agg. Battery by LE

  3. So I agree with criticizing public officials during the town hall meeting but I don’t understand the rationale for being allowed to spew verbal profanity just because the law says you can. In most work places, there is decorum and foul language is not tolerated during meetings among colleagues. So why is necessary to cuss at these gatherings?

  4. city and town councils are among the biggest violaters of the constutition. vage rules that if code gets in or in the yard they can find violations on any home. some think the code person can violate the curtalage sometimes demanding to enter. and the councils today give themselves high pay in my city they already made 40k for a part time job just gave them a 3300 council and 5k mayor without following the city rules by calling it a stipend. and our mayor has 0 power he must ask the city manager if he has a question from police and fire chief and all depts. i understand the workers but nt mgrs
and people are wild i wonder thogh if the mayor could order a polce officer under the previous rules but would not put it past them

  5. If someone is stripped of qualified immunity, they should have to pay for their own lawyer, and settle out of pocket

  6. Not surprising, seeing that the last president from Texas , Bush Jr… said “The constitution is just a GD piece of paper “…. We didn’t get here overnight folks..

  7. Fun facts for you:
Police shot 1,232 people to death in 2023.

This is an average of roughly three people killed by officers each day.

Police Officers were charged with a crime in only 8 of these cases.

None of these 8 have been convicted yet.

  8. They don't care because they won't have to pay for their defense, when they loose in civil court they don't pay the judgment against them the tax payers do.

When I was first informed how the system worked I wanted to call BS because it just doesn't make sense. People in positions of authority violate citizens civil rights. The citizens only chance to get justice is to sue individuals that violated their rights and the organization they work for. Then the citizens that live in the area pay for the defense of whom ever is being sued and when they loose the citizens again foot the bill. Really the only people not paying are the very people that started the whole thing.

  9. Marion County 10th judicial courthouse hannibal municipal court both have been repeatedly warned about the exact same behavior and 40 years later still refuses to change especially when it comes to cellphone policy

  10. HEY , ISN'T THAT "CHILI" THE STEROID KING? LAWYER? HE LOOKS MORE LIKE A GARBAGE MAN. PUBLIC MEETINGS HAVE RULES OF CIVILITY. CIVILITY MEANS ACTING LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING NOT A PUMPED UP ASS HOLE. MOST TOWN AND SCHOOL MEETINGS DON'T ALLOW PROFANITY , THREATENING LANGUAGE OR VERBALLY ATTACKING OFFICIALS WITH MADE UP ACCUSATIONS. FREE SPEECH DOESN'T MEAN UNLIMITED FREE SPEECH.
