  1. ALOT of felonies these treasonous terrorist felons with badges and gun on Florida AGAIN!!!!!

They aggravated assaulted and battered, falsely imprisoned, armed robbed, TERRORIZED and committed treason of the 2nd 4th and 5th amendments and deprivation of rights under the color of law.

To DETAIN is an ARREST AND requires probable cause of a CRIME.

detain. To retain as the possession of personalty. To arrest, to check, to delay, to hinder, to hold, or keep in custody, to retard, to restrain from proceeding, to stay, to stop. People v. Smith, 17 Cal. App. 2d 468, 62 P. 2d 436, 438; State v. King, 303 S. W. 2d 930, 934.
    See Confinement; Custody.
    Blacks Law Dictionary

detain To hold; to keep in custody; to keep.
To detain goods as amounting to a conversion of them means wrongfully to hold them and keep them in ones custody. Wails v Farrington, 27 Okla 754, 116 P 428
    Ballentines Law Dictionary

"Any restraint, however slight, upon another's liberty to come and go as one pleases, constitutes an arrest."
    Swetnam v. W. F. Woolworth Co., 318 P.2d 364, 366, 83 Ariz. 189.

NO OBLIGATION to identify unless lawfully arrested, Brown v Texas, 4th and 5th and state law…..

AND IF LAWFULLY ARRESTED, the RIGHT to REMAIN SILENT INVOKES…..

NO OBLIGATION to answer questions per:

Watts v. Indiana, 338 U.S. 49 (1949), was a United States Supreme Court case in which Justice Robert Jackson famously opined, "To bring in a lawyer means a real peril to solution of the crime because, under our adversary system, he deems that his sole duty is to protect his client—guilty or innocent—and that, in such a capacity, he owes no duty whatever to help society solve its crime problem. Under this conception of criminal procedure, any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect in no uncertain terms to make no statement to police under any circumstances."

In this case, a defendant was subjected to rigorous interrogation methods, including being forced to sleep on the floor, resulting in a confession to having committed murder. The Supreme Court ruled that the confession was involuntary and reversed his conviction.

    Terry v Ohio 392 U.S. 1
"Of course, the person stopped is not obliged to answer, answers may not be compelled and refusal to answer furnishes no basis for an arrest, although it may alert the officer to the need for continued observation."

“The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that refusal to answer law enforcement questions cannot form the basis of reasonable suspicion. See Florida v. Bostick, 501 U.S. 429, 437, 111 S. Ct. 2382, 115 L.Ed.2d 389 (1991) ("We have consistently held that a refusal to cooperate, without more, does not furnish the minimal level of objective justification needed for a detention or seizure.") – U.S. v. Santos 403 F.3d 1120 (2005)

  2. Hey James are you going to FOIA the police body camera, or if you let us know UR the coolest.Did you see the guy got arrested for sleeping behind the wheel of his Tesla?? have a great day

  3. If you are going to film cops film whole thing in case something bad happens this video will be evidence for court will help a lot.

  4. That is exactly correct. That was Leesburg, FL cops violating rights under color of law. This bunch of Tyran coward goons should be charged under Title 18 USC 241, and 242. They were harassing a fisherman and discarded him without cause, all violations of Florida statutes. I know from my own experience that Florida AG will not punish criminal cops but they maliciously prosecute citizens who have not committed any violations to save the police from being embarrassed. I hope a major lawsuit will be filed against these sovereign goons with badges.

  5. 😳😳😳 Y’all all do realize that’s a lot of LOADED, SAFETY OFF WEAPONS pointed at very close range at a person with a safe firearm. He wasn’t brandishing it, doubt he was even touching it, if they even remotely thought he was a treat they would have stacked behind their cars instead of being bunched up and clearly in each others crossfire!! The way they mag dump while moving now days half would have shot the other half and vise versus. Odds on they use cop shot in head a few days ago to justify their actions???

  6. I surely will be looking for the big ass lawsuit from this F..K Up ….
The EGOTISTICAL STUPIDITY is so out of control.. That every taxpayer sits in poverty all because COP training is nothing more then hands on force then knowing any laws that protect We The Friggin People….✌🇺🇸🤦‍♀️🥓

  7. I called Leesburg PD & registered a complaint. Officer said “It’s an open case, and will be decided on its own merit!” Asswipe!!! I said thanks & expect a lot of calls!!!! 1-352-787-2122!!!!

  8. Please hold your phone horizontal when video recording. Why? Because then your video will be recorded in the "Widescreen" mode instead of the "Tall and Shiny" mode as seen in this video. Blue Sky's.

  9. 👀 📷🔨 👮 🔨🐷 👍 📷 👀 👍 👍👍

  10. they're like pack of rabiid hyenas. Wh y don't police check the laws they are violating before they cost the taxpayers a bunch of money in a case the police will lose on civil right violations. IF they are allowed to cover themselves with QI and You can't be sure a crooked judge wont stop them doing that .

  11. And I have people looking at me sideways when I tell 'em this type of behavior might be stopped if an organized group "meets up" with cops like these. What happened to ofc. so and so? Oh shit, I might wanna act professionally….or quit.
