This is amazing. At the face of it, they just can't follow the law. I am so happy you are exposing this. We had an incident here in AZ where our local police beat a disabled adult with developmental dysfunction and I am actually afraid to ask for the BC or records about this. It was reported widely on News 15 out of Phoenix. It hit YT about a week ago here in Lake Havasu City. I don't know the exact date this occurred but can try to do some research to get dates. If I could get the public records I would do my first post on YT. Fear of even trying to get the records is probably the feeling of the public in general so, I don't feel alone that I have this obstacle of fear stopping me.
